Our reputation has been built on compassion, reliability, professionalism, and exceptional service. This is not a position where every day follows a predictable checklist. A caregiver may call out. We're looking for someone who can *quickly assess what matters most, shift priorities when circumstances change, and then return to unfinished work without losing track of it.* *What You'll Do* You'll help coordinate the people, schedules, communication, and administrative details that keep our company running smoothly. We value people who take ownership of their responsibilities, accept feedback well, follow established processes, and understand that in a growing service business, priorities can change quickly. You don't need to know everything on your first day. You do need to be someone who *learns quickly, thinks critically, stays organized, and can figure out what needs attention next.* If you're someone others rely on to *keep track of the details, solve problems, and get the right things done first*, we'd love to meet you. Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Do you have proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and web-based software? * How many years of experience do you have in scheduling, care coordination, office administration, or a similar fast-paced coordination role? * Are you willing to travel throughout the service area when necessary?
