    CTHP: Commercial Service Plumber

    Comfort Temp | Jacksonville, FL

Commercial Service Plumber Comfort Temp HVAC and Plumbing | Jacksonville, FL Area If flushometers, TMVs, and Schedule 80 drain systems don't intimidate you — they're just Tuesday — we want to talk. Comfort Temp is hiring a Commercial Service Plumber to take on complex commercial facilities across the Jacksonville area, and we're looking for someone who already thinks in terms of mechanical rooms, not water heaters under a sink. Who We Are Comfort Temp HVAC and Plumbing has been committed to providing reliable, high-quality mechanical and plumbing solutions since 1985. Built on integrity, craftsmanship, and accountability, we take pride in delivering dependable service to our commercial customers. Our core values guide everything we do: Do what it takes. Do what you say. Do it with purpose. Do the right thing. Our mission is simple: deliver professional service that keeps businesses operating safely and efficiently. If that sounds like how you already show up to work, keep reading. The Job This is a commercial-service-only role — no residential calls, no toilets-at-2am. You'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install plumbing systems in large commercial facilities with real infrastructure behind them: grocery stores like Publix, retail locations, and other high-demand commercial buildings. You'll spend your days troubleshooting independently in the field, working in mechanical rooms with multiple boilers and recirculating pumps, and handling the kind of commercial-grade fixtures and valves that require actual expertise — not guesswork. What You'll Do Commercial Service & Troubleshooting You'll travel to commercial job sites as scheduled, diagnose plumbing issues using strong service logic, and repair and maintain systems to restore operation quickly and safely. You'll communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly to property managers and site contacts, and document every job with accurate service notes, photos, and details. Commercial Water Systems Copper water lines — installation, repair, modifications, tie-ins, and replacements. Hot and cold domestic water piping and service connections. Recirculation lines and circulation troubleshooting. Isolation and control points throughout the system. Commercial Drain Systems Schedule 80 drain piping, floor drains, air gap drains and indirect waste connections, runoff drains, and drain service work — clearing, diagnosing recurring issues, and identifying root causes rather than just clearing symptoms. Commercial Fixtures, Valves, and Equipment Flushometers, sensor valves, mixing valves and thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs), and the isolation and control valves common to commercial systems — all serviced with confidence, not trial and error. Mechanical Rooms You'll need to be genuinely comfortable here: multiple boilers, recirculating pumps, multiple system branches, tight access, and high-importance shutdown planning coordinated with site contacts. Professional Standards Reading and interpreting work orders, prints/specs, and applicable codes. Following safety standards, company procedures, and jobsite requirements. Keeping your service vehicle organized, your tools ready, and your parts inventory disciplined. What You Bring 3–5 years of commercial plumbing service experience (this isn't a fit for residential-only backgrounds) Proven ability to diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems independently Hands-on experience with flushometers and sensor valves Hands-on experience with mixing valves and thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) Mechanical-room experience involving commercial boilers and recirculating pumps Experience with copper water lines Experience with Schedule 80 drain piping in applicable commercial settings Experience with floor drains, air gap drains, and runoff drains A valid driver's license with a clean driving record The ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and handle physical field work safely A professional customer-facing presence — clean workmanship and respect for occupied facilities Self-motivation and strong time management; you're comfortable working independently Why Comfort Temp We're a growing company that's been doing this the right way since 1985 — and we back that up with how we treat our people, not just our customers. If you want a team built on trust, accountability, and pride in the work, this is it. Ready to Apply? If you're a dedicated Commercial Service Plumber looking to grow with a company that values integrity, quality, and long-term relationships, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your commercial experience to [email protected]

Outside Sales Specialist – Bobcat Equipment | Ocala & Jacksonville, FL

Leppo Rents | Jacksonville, FL 32254

Uncapped commission. Your territory. Your hustle. Your paycheck. If "good enough" has never been good enough for you, keep reading. Leppo Rents is looking for an outside sales hunter for our Ocala and Jacksonville territories — someone who doesn't wait for the phone to ring, doesn't coast on last quarter's numbers, and treats every empty spot on the account list as a personal insult. This isn't a desk job with occasional field visits. You'll spend the bulk of your week on the road and in the field — cold calling, showing up in person, building relationships with contractors, landscapers, and equipment buyers who need someone they can actually trust. About Leppo Rents We've been in the equipment business since 1945. Over that time we've built a strong reputation in Ohio by taking care of our customers, investing in our people, and doing business the right way — and as we've grown into new markets, including Florida, we've been intentional about bringing that same culture with us. Jacksonville & Ocala in particular is an exciting, growing market for us right now, and we're looking for people who want to help build our presence there. One thing we're especially proud of: how often we grow our coworkers' careers from within. We want people to come to Leppo for an opportunity — but stay because they can see a future here. What you'll be doing: Spending the majority of your time outside the store — cold calling, prospecting, and meeting customers face-to-face across your territory Hunting new business while growing and protecting your existing accounts Selling and marketing top-brand equipment, including Bobcat, and matching customers with the right machine for the job Owning your pipeline — tracking leads, meetings, and sales activity in CRM like it's your own business (because commission-wise, it kind of is) Representing Leppo at trade shows, training, and industry events Staying sharp on market trends and bringing ideas back to the team instead of waiting to be told what's working What it takes: 3+ years of sales experience preferred — equipment, ag, construction, industrial, or any background where you've had to go get the business, not just receive it A high school diploma or equivalent Comfort with Microsoft Office and a fast-paced, self-directed environment Integrity and follow-through — the Leppo Way means keeping your word You don't need equipment experience to thrive here. Some of our best reps came from backgrounds like: Agriculture & farming – you already think in terms of equipment ROI and seasonal cash flow Construction & heavy civil work – you know what a machine needs to do on a real jobsite Landscaping & hardscaping – you've probably been our customer before you were a rep Ag or heavy equipment dealers (Case IH, New Holland, Kubota, John Deere, forklift/material handling) – you already know the sales motion Military logistics, motor transport, or heavy equipment – you bring mechanical credibility and discipline Any outside B2B sales role where you had to go get the business, not just take the order What you get: Uncapped commission plus performance-based quarterly and annual bonuses Medical, dental, vision, and FSA 401(k) with company match Paid holidays, PTO, parental leave, and community time off Paid training and development Bi-annual Leppo apparel allowance, wellness incentive bonus, and product/service discounts A company that's been recognized as a best place to work — repeatedly, not once Our Culture: The Leppo Way We’ve been recognized year after year as a great place to work because we live by four simple commitments: We Meet Our Commitments We Are Thorough We Make Good Decisions We Ask Questions If those values resonate with you, you’ll fit right in here. Equal Opportunity Employer Leppo Rents is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Leppo Rents is an at-will employer.
