    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements. Own month‑end AP close activities, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables, accruals, and reporting. Monitor and audit P‑Card activity monthly, ensuring compliance and proper documentation. Enhance AP systems and processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved controls; serve as the AP business process owner for system implementations, upgrades, and future solutions, including working through issues and supporting successful adoption. Support weekly payment cycles, including check and ACH processing, approvals, and exception handling. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard company financial information through strong internal controls and adherence to policy. Lead or participate in AP‑related training, education, and professional development to maintain current knowledge and best practices.
