    The Revenue Analyst is responsible for managing a portfolio of 30-35 clients. The analyst is responsible to determine monthly revenue of each client using financial analysis and tools.     POSITION SUMMARY The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the Academy, with a primary focus on member collections, scholarship administration, player account management, and team fund accounting. This role requires strong nonprofit financial management experience, excellent communication skills for working with regional directors and families, and the ability to implement efficient processes that support the Academy's mission of youth soccer development. Job Description The Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) is responsible for providing the overall supervision of the assignedcommunities. The successful Community Association Manager (LCAM) effectively interacts with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members, as well as onsite staff, Client Shared Service Center (CSSC) and within the branch office.     *Transaction Coordinator - Cash Geeks (Jacksonville, FL)* Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM | On-Site *About Cash Geeks: *Cash Geeks is a Jacksonville-based real estate investment company that buys and sells houses for cash across Northeast Florida. We're a small, fast-moving team that closes multiple deals every month, and we pride ourselves on smooth closings and doing right by our sellers and buyers. *About the Role: *Cash Geeks is seeking a highly organized, proactive Transaction Coordinator to manage our real estate investment transactions from contract to close. You'll handle both sides of every deal, managing each property twice: once when we buy it and again when we sell it. You'll be the communication hub between buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, and our internal team, keeping deals on track and ensuring a smooth closing process. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Coordinate all aspects of property purchases and sales, from executed contract through closing on both the buy side and the sell side. * Open title on new contracts and drive each file to close: send executed contracts to the title company, track title commitments, schedule closings and signings, and chase down curative items like lien releases, payoffs, and estoppels. * Track earnest money deposits: confirm timely deposit, receipt, and refunds on every contract. * Review settlement statements (HUD/ALTA) against the contract before closing and flag any discrepancies. * Prioritize multiple transactions and deadlines effectively. * Maintain consistent communication with buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, and team. * Request, organize, and track all necessary documents for each transaction. * Identify and overcome obstacles to keep deals moving toward closing. * Coordinate with field crews for property tasks: taking photos, changing locks, trash-outs, etc. * Set up or transfer utilities and coordinate city and safety inspections as needed. * Set up property insurance and log all expenses accurately. * Track and update deal progress in Podio and Google Sheets. * Manage heavy call and email volume while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. *Skills & Qualifications:* * Strong communication (phone and written) and customer service skills. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Tech-savvy and proficient with: Google Sheets & Google Docs, Podio (CRM), SmrtPhone * Comfortable adopting AI tools as part of your daily workflow. * Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure. * Attention to detail and accountability in managing multiple deals at once. *Schedule & Compensation:* * Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Opportunity for growth within a fast-moving real estate investment company *Preferred (But Not Required):* * Familiarity with title work or closing coordination * Basic understanding of real estate contracts and terminology * Experience working with investors or in high-volume real estate operations * Florida notary commission, or willingness to obtain one Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Application Question(s): * In your own words, tell us why you're the right person for this role.
