    TICO is an equipment logistics solutions company that has been in business since 1946. While based out of Savannah, TICO has locations throughout the coast and interior United States. TICO owns and operates over 1500 Jockey Trucks/Terminal Tractors and 800 plus specialty trailers. SUMMARY Use hand-held 2000- PSI pressure wand and a scrub brush to clean the exterior of TICO terminal tractors and leased tractor cabs as needed. Clean tractor cab interiors as needed. Report repair and/or maintenance requirements to shop personnel for follow-up. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist personnel with minor repair and maintenance of yard tractors. Assist personnel with shop and yard clean-up functions. Clean interior of the cab as needed. Clean out debris from wash bay gutter for disposal at least once per week using a shovel to gather debris into a trash container. Complete all daily tasks assigned Comply with Company/agency policy/procedures. Maintain a safe, and clean workspace (including bays, shop area, and yard). Wear required personal protective equipment during the performance of job duties. Connect the pressure wash wand hose to the water supply, and connect the filtration system/pump to the electrical power source. Apply detergent solution to the truck, using a detergent pressure wand. Clean tractor truck exterior with power washer wand and long-handled scrub brush, cleaning undercarriage and wheels. Use tractor hydraulic controls to move tractor cab forward to clean engine area, underneath chassis, and sway bar. Disconnect the filtration system pump from the electric power source after the wash operation has been completed. Drive small forklift truck to move items in the yard to optimize yard space area. Drive small forklift trucks to move trash containers from the wash bay area as needed. Drive tractor from the yard wash line into the wash bay. GPA JO tractor trucks have priority. Learn and follow all company safety procedures. Other duties may be assigned Replace detergent/washer wands to storage positions, and ensure all hoses are safely stored. Return yard tractor truck to ready line position. While performing all yard tractor truck wash duties, it is important to keep any water spray away from vehicle air filters as well as all electronics in the tractor cab. KNOWLEDGE AND USE OF TOOLS Tractor truck washers work with electric/gas-powered pressure washers on a daily basis. They frequently handle a variety of other tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and forklift trucks. They are expected to know how to handle/operate them safely. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Current/valid driver’s license, TWIC Card, and forklift operator certification. Maintain all certifications required by OSHA and Company safety programs. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The Truck Washer must hold the wash wand with both arms extended at head height while washing the equipment. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up 50 pounds, as well as manipulate loads up to 150 pounds. Climbing steps up to 24 inches high into and down from trucks is required and performed up to 30 or more times daily. Brisk walking from vehicles up to 5 hours per day is usual. Employees frequently work with dirty and greasy parts and stand or squat in awkward positions. The ability to talk and hear is required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.     SUMMARY: Responsible for litigation work involving the Company and its affiliates, assisting in the resolution of disputes arising out of a variety of factual circumstances, including FELA, OSHA, EEOC, commercial, regulatory and third-party claims. When the dispute between the parties is not settled by a mutual agreement, outside litigation attorneys are engaged under management of Litigation Counsel. Representing clients and supervising them in litigation, regulatory, and enforcement proceedings and internal investigations are the basic responsibilities of the litigation counsel. The attorney also participates in business disputes, contested matters, and management of litigation and regulatory risks. Coordinating with compliance department in regulatory and enforcement matters, identifying litigation and regulatory risk factors and monitoring legal and regulatory developments is also part of a litigation attorney’s duties. A litigation attorney can provide their services in a range of areas including corporate, human resources, OSHA, bankruptcy, environmental, real estate and commercial matters. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversight of pending and threatened litigation matters, including providing liability analysis to business clients regarding threatened or pending litigation matters. Responsible for all aspects of case management, including the financial analysis and reserve establishment. Collaborating with, directing and managing outside counsel and e-discovery vendors. Conducting factual reviews and investigations in connection with a wide range of legal issues. Assisting in the resolution of disputes pre-litigation, including communicating and negotiating with claimants and/or their representatives. Responsible for coordinating responses to subpoenas served on the company or its affiliates. Devise litigation strategy; review, revise and provide substantive input on all litigation submissions; manage discovery; attend hearings and mediations; manage costs and budgets; and report to and update supervisor and senior executives on litigation matters. Develops and/or oversees the defenses of the organization in lawsuits and evaluates the organizations outside counsel to ensure competent and cost-effective representation across the various jurisdictions. Coordinates case handling with outside counsel. Provide prompt reporting to management on litigation developments and furnish advice and counsel on appropriate defense and resolution strategies. Develops a pro-active litigation approach to manage risk and minimize costs. Manage pre-litigation claims with the objective of minimizing costs and preventing future litigation. Familiarity with liability, property and employment practices insurance, with a focus on loss recovery through insurance, when applicable. REQUIRED SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE: The candidate should have four-year bachelor’s degree or international equivalent education, along with a JD degree. In-house litigation management experience is preferred, including 8 years of relevant experience. Along with good questioning and reasoning skills, excellent communication and inter-personal skills are also important for the position. The Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance related tasks.     Forvis Mazars is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, to join our Middle Market Risk & Regulatory practice. This individual will lead regulatory compliance engagements for community banks, credit unions, regional financial institutions, and other financial services organizations. The ideal candidate will bring broad banking regulatory compliance experience, strong technical judgment, and the ability to manage complex client relationships and engagement teams. Areas of experience may include consumer compliance, compliance management systems (CMS), fair lending, BSA/AML, lending and deposit compliance, regulatory examinations, compliance testing, and regulatory remediation. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for engagement execution, technical quality, staff development, client relationship management, proposal development, and practice growth. The Senior Manager will work closely with client executives, boards, regulators, auditors, and Forvis Mazars practice leaders to provide practical, risk-based solutions to complex regulatory matters. What You Will Do: Engagement and Client Leadership Lead complex regulatory compliance consulting, internal audit, testing, and remediation engagements. Serve as a primary relationship contact for assigned clients. Establish engagement scope, workplans, budgets, timelines, and staffing requirements. Monitor engagement economics, delivery quality, and client satisfaction. Communicate findings and recommendations to executive management, boards, audit committees, and regulators. Identify emerging client needs and coordinate appropriate resources across the firm. Build and maintain trusted relationships with financial institution executives and other key stakeholders. Facilitate communication among management, boards, regulators, internal auditors, and external auditors. Lead validation and sustainability reviews of completed corrective actions. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in banking regulatory compliance, risk management, internal audit, regulatory affairs, or financial services consulting, including some experience advising clients in a consulting, advisory, or professional services capacity. Experience across multiple areas including regulatory compliance, compliance management systems, consumer compliance, compliance testing and monitoring, fair lending, CRA, HMDA, UDAAP/UDAP, BSA/AML, regulatory examinations, remediation, risk assessments, internal audit, third-party risk management, or fintech/banking-as-a-service compliance. Demonstrated experience leading regulatory compliance programs, risk initiatives, audits, or consulting engagements. Experience managing teams, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while partnering with executive leadership, regulators, auditors, and other key stakeholders. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive-level communication skills. Ability to travel based on client and business needs.
