    JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the marina. MAJOR DUTIES Responsible for assigning dockage and anchorage and for keeping accurate records pertaining to the use of the Marina Facility. Maintains an accurate dock list showing location of vessels using the marina. Collects and maintains an accurate account of all monies, credit cards, inventory, and registrations. Safely operates pump out boat and tender operations as required. Responsible for care of docks, buildings, facilities, and grounds and ensuring all safety procedures are being followed. Must be able to handle most operations at the Marina without supervision. Maintains constant clean-up of the Marina, buildings, grounds, docks, public restrooms and boater restrooms. Empties trash containers, picks up trash, cigarette butts, and other rubbish as required. Exercises expertise in customer and public relations. Accommodates and coordinates reservations in a professional and courteous manner. Advises and assists in docking or departing and of conditions, berth, and procedures. Continuous monitoring and use of VHF ship-to-shore radio in a courteous and helpful manner Maintains constant surveillance of the Marina and vessels arriving, staying, or departing the marina. Oversees and performs the maintenance and repair of floating docks and gangways. May be required to work weekends and holidays. All other duties as may be assigned.     Position overview: The Supplier Performance Specialist serves as a vital member of the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Team. Maintain effective cross-functional communications via regular daily, weekly, monthly meetings, calls and e-mail. Identify and coordinate implementation of continuous improvement opportunities for department. Some holiday and weekend coverage will be required throughout the year. The skills you’ll contribute to our diverse team: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience. 5 years of experience in the Procurement and/or Supplier Performance field.     Responsible for picking customer orders selected directly from primary product locations within the production areas. Verifies product during the picking process and may verify during the packing process. Selects appropriately sized boxes or envelopes for shipment to avoid the bending, crushing, or shifting of items during delivery. Packs all orders neatly and correctly in a box to ensure quality. This involves packing glass items appropriately in bubble wrap, placing small items in a bag, and placing all liquids in a bag, and packing the standing upright. Follows proper packing procedures. Reports any error in product selection or quality to appropriate team member or area and/or corrects the order as necessary before shipment. Sends along conveyor system to the appropriate location for packing material to be added and the boxes to be sealed, then places packed customer orders on conveyor system to takes to appropriate location for shipment. Special orders are processed using the special order process. Disposes of empty boxes and packaging appropriately to maintain safe and clean working conditions. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
