Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, estimators, and management. Ability to follow up consistently and proactively on outstanding parts and repair needs. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn automotive and collision management software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
