    Operations Associate About This Role… The Operations Associate plays a critical hands-on role supporting daily manufacturing, warehouse, and fulfillment activities for both Sunesta and Gutter Helmet operations. What You'll Do Perform a variety of production, manufacturing, and assembly activities to support daily operations. Cut fabric and other materials according to production specifications and quality requirements. Operate sewing equipment and production machinery to produce and assemble finished products. Prepare products for shipment by packaging, labeling, wrapping, and staging finished goods. Complete shipping and receiving activities, including loading/unloading materials and verifying inventory. Maintain inventory accuracy by organizing materials, conducting inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies. Safely operate forklifts, power tools, and other production equipment while following all safety procedures. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met and maintain clean, organized work areas. What You Will Do Actively participate in all proactive safety efforts and leading indicators.
