    Main Duties & Responsibilities: Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the repair and recondition of equipment in their division location by performing the following duties. Inspects work in progress and finished products for compliance with build instructions and drawings. Ensures employees adhere to company policies, procedures and work processes. Monitors and enforces safety awareness and compliance. Responsible for start up and shut down of equipment for each shift. Recommends measures to improve production/repair methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. Analyzes and resolves work problems and assists workers with solving work problems. This role will be responsible for managing the capital projects along with hiring and direct supervision of project contractors and managing the overall PSM program. The Engineering Manager reports directly to the Site Manager. Key Responsibilities: Identify projects, prepare cost estimates and appropriation requests, manage project implementations (i.e., construction, contractors, specify equipment, procurement, start-up, etc.) and execute capital plan as best defined by completing assigned projects on schedule and within budget. Responsible for capital budget management, capital planning, CAR submission and all project-related activities. Responsible for cash flow forecasting of all project spending and closing projects upon receipt of the last invoice associated with each project. (30%) Optimize capital projects to assure on-time and on-budget delivery of as designed processes and equipment installed to good engineering practices. Consult with other managers to deliver site improvements that benefit all stakeholders. Manage the contractors and ensure that daily work logs are completed and signed each day. Review and approve all work scope change orders before allowing contractor to proceed with work Maintain and redline all plant PID’s.
