Acquisition Assistant (AA) — Motivated Sellers Call YOU | $60,000+ Potential

    Jacksonville, FL

*HOW TO APPLY: Applications are completed at https://joinreeb.com (select Duval County / Jacksonville, FL as your location). An Indeed resume alone is step 1 of 3 — we also need a short video and your free 16Personalities.com results, both submitted at joinreeb.com.* *NEWLY REDESIGNED ROLE — No cold-calling. No door-knocking. Our digital systems do the outreach — you talk to sellers who raised their hand.* *Location:* Jacksonville / Duval County, FL — work from home, with occasional local property walk-throughs *Type:* Independent Contractor — Commission / Per-Contract *Pay:* $1,000 – $1,500* per executed Seller Contract (A-to-B) *Bonus Structure:* $3,000 bonus for every 5 executed Seller Contracts — no cap, for as long as you're with us — plus an additional $18,000 bonus when you reach 20 executed Seller Contracts *Earning Potential:* $60,000+ per year at 2.5 executed Seller Contracts a month (see example below) — performance-based, with no cap on what you can earn *Hours:* 100% commission, no set hours — but you must be available to answer (or promptly return) seller calls and texts *Additional Income Streams:* Extra, task-based pay for assigned field work beyond your core commission — property inspections, contract-negotiation visits, and post-contract property access — plus mileage reimbursement. Also open to any AA: a self-directed funding-referral opportunity paying 1% of the loan amount on qualifying investment-property loans you refer that close. *Growth Path:* Top-performing AAs have the opportunity to grow into an Acquisition Assistant Manager role or build their own teams *Reports To:* Acquisition Manager *What's New About This Role* We've completely redesigned how our Acquisition Assistants work — and our current AAs love it. The hardest, most discouraging part of acquisitions — finding owners, chasing phone numbers, cold-calling, and knocking on doors — is now handled by our digital systems: * *Leads near home.* You choose your Farm Area — the ZIP codes you're willing to drive — and leads are assigned to the AA who lives closest. * *The outreach is done for you.* Voicemails, texts, and emails go out in your name and voice to a batch of sellers every few days, with owner contact information already provided. * *Sellers call you.* You spend your time talking with motivated owners who responded — For Sale By Owner sellers and owners of vacant properties. * *You drive only when it counts.* Property walk-throughs happen once a seller is interested. * *You're fully equipped.* Word-for-word scripts, a shared lead sheet, training, and practice role-plays with our team before you go live. *About the Role* We're a growing US real estate investment company looking for a driven, people-first Acquisition Assistant in Jacksonville / Duval County, FL. This is a substantial income opportunity — not a side gig — with earning potential of $60,000+ per year at 2.5 executed Seller Contracts a month, plus a clear growth path into an Acquisition Assistant Manager role, or to build your own AA team. You'll be the voice sellers talk to — building trust, understanding their situation, and negotiating fair A-to-B deals that work for everyone. You'll work leads across houses, vacant land, and commercial property, with the option to pass on any lead outside your comfort zone — and REEB and REWN Mentor oversight and assistance on every deal you take on. *What You'll Do* * Record your personal voicemail messages (we provide the scripts) for our automated outreach * Answer and promptly return inbound calls and texts from motivated sellers * Use our call-back script to learn the property, the seller's motivation, and their timeline * Visit properties for walk-throughs with interested sellers * Evaluate deals for profitability and fit with our buying criteria (tools and training provided) * Negotiate deal terms directly with sellers and get properties under A-to-B contract * Follow up consistently to keep deals moving forward * Keep your lead sheet updated and report pipeline activity to the Acquisition Manager * Occasionally take on assigned property-inspection, contract-negotiation, or post-contract access/lockbox tasks for extra, task-based pay * At your own initiative, refer real estate investors to REEB's funding partner for a 1% funding-referral commission on any loan that closes *What We're Looking For* * *Available to take seller calls.* You (or someone approved by REEB on your behalf) must be able to answer or promptly return incoming calls and texts — a seller who can't reach us moves on. * Confident, empathetic phone presence — you can build trust with a stranger quickly * Willing to practice our scripts and complete a short role-play with our team before going live * Strong follow-up discipline; deals are won or lost in the follow-up * Comfortable evaluating numbers: repair estimates, offer ranges, deal profitability * Excellent written and spoken English * A smartphone, reliable internet, and reliable transportation for local walk-throughs * Self-motivated — this is a commission-based role, so results drive your income * Trustworthy with sensitive data — you'll be handling seller contact information and deal terms * Willing and able to operate in compliance with all real estate laws applicable in your area * Real estate experience is a plus but not required *Nice to have (not required):* * Fluent in a second language — especially Spanish or Haitian Creole * Prior experience with a US real estate wholesaling or investing company * Familiarity with terms like "motivated seller" or "A-to-B contract" * Background in sales, real estate, or another commission-driven field *How to Apply* Apply online at *https://joinreeb.com* (select Duval County / Jacksonville, FL as your location) — it takes just a few minutes. You'll be asked for: * A copy of your resume * A short video telling us why you'd be the perfect fit for this opportunity * Your results from the free personality test at 16Personalities.com (https://www.16personalities.com/) Questions? Email us at *[email protected]*. Apply today for immediate consideration for this opportunity to grow with a thriving real estate investment company. _*The $1,500 rate applies to executed Seller Contracts on Vacant Property leads. All other executed Seller Contracts pay $1,000._ _Example: 2.5 executed Seller Contracts a month (30 a year) at the standard $1,000 rate = $30,000 in per-contract pay, plus $18,000 in 5-contract bonuses (6 × $3,000) and the $18,000 bonus at 20 executed contracts = $66,000 per year — before any $500 Vacant Property add-ons. Earning potential is performance-based and depends on deal volume and bonus-tier achievement; it is not a guaranteed income._ _This is commission-based pay per executed Seller Contract, not an hourly wage. Any pay figure Indeed displays for this listing is an estimate, not a guaranteed wage; actual pay is $1,000–$1,500 per executed contract as described above._ _The Additional Income Streams referenced above are separate, task-based amounts (plus mileage) for specific assignments and are not included in the per-contract figures or the earning-potential example above. The funding-referral opportunity is commission-based and contingent on the closing of the referred loan; it is entirely optional and self-directed._ Pay: $26.07 - $31.40 per hour Work Location: On the road
