Your Role Physical Therapist (PT): Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges. Develop individualized plans of care and adjust interventions based on patient progress. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote functional independence and developmental success. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Deliver individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist. Support children and families through engaging, evidence-based therapeutic interventions. For Both Roles: Document patient progress accurately and timely. Educate caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to support continued progress. Foster a positive, engaging, and child-centered therapy environment. Collaborate with fellow clinicians to deliver outstanding outcomes and exceptional patient experiences. Requirements For Physical Therapists (PT): Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. CPR certification or willingness to obtain. For Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA): Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, statistical programming, medical writing, scientific and regulatory teams to provide data management expertise in clinical trial planning and execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for data management vendors and external partners, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution. Manage independent vendor and CRO biostatistical services performance and oversee compliance with contracts while ensuring budgetary efficiency Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical data management processes and systems. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences, health informatics, computer science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
