Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to join our team at IVF Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, the Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor will: Clinical Oversight Supervise nursing and clinical staff involved in procedures, diagnostics, and patient care Ensure adherence to protocols ART Treatment and other procedures Monitor patient progress and coordinate care plans with physicians and embryologists Team Leadership Provide training, orientation, mentorship, and performance evaluations for clinical staff Foster a collaborative and compassionate environment for patients and staff Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, FDA, and other regulatory standards Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in EMR systems Participate in audits and implement corrective actions as needed Patient Experience Support patients through emotional and physical aspects of fertility treatment Address patient concerns and ensure timely communication Promote patient education and informed decision-making Operational Support Collaborate with administrative and lab teams to streamline workflows Assist in budgeting, inventory management, and procurement of clinical supplies Contribute to strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives Coordinate the effective delivery of patient services by monitoring patient flow and program operations Assist in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to clinical operations and patient care Assist primary nurses with coverage as needed and monitors workloads What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include: Prior RN clinical supervisory/management experience with demonstrated leadership qualities and activities required; 3-5 years preferred 1 year of Reproductive Health or Women’s Health experience strongly preferred BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required Valid RN License or willing to obtain upon hire BLS required or completed upon hire Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills More important than any single credential, however, is the right person. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: * Maintains current MDS status of each patient/resident, in accordance with all state and federal guidelines, including the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA), Medicare PPS and any Medicaid payment system, as applicable. * Schedules patients/residents for appropriate OBRA, Medicare PPS and/or Medicaid required assessments. * Communicates schedule to all other departments and families, as required. * Monitors clinical systems for changes in patient/resident condition. * Responds to patient/resident change in condition by coordinating patient/resident re-assessment and re-evaluation plan of care. * Strategically sets assessment reference date (ARD), in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, to capture needs, care and services delivered to most accurately reflect the status of the patient/resident. * Accurately completes portions of MDS and CAAs as assigned, in accordance. with policies, procedures, and guidelines. * Assures compliance with federal, state, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and facility policies and procedures as related to completion of an accurate electronic submission in a timely manner and coordination of the RAI process. * Coordinates and develops plan of care as required. * Monitors MDS and care plan documentation on all patients/residents, assuring that complete, orderly and chronological documentation is maintained in the file. * Maintains Medicare Certifications /Re-Certifications * Participates in QAPI /QM process * Maintains proficiency in software programs for MDS completion and is able to access and utilize appropriate reports.
